General principles
Cairn.info has been a cooperative project from the outset, rallying various actors in the publishing sector around a common objective—to facilitate the online dissemination of informative and thought-provoking Francophone publications.
Executive committee
The executive committee is Cairn.info’s main governing body. It comprises 11 members: 5 representatives from partner publishers, 2 members from Cairn.info’s operational management, and 4 independent directors. Additionally, the Bibliothèque nationale de France (National Library of France) holds an observer seat.
Monitoring committee
The annual meeting of Cairn.info's monitoring committee provides an opportunity to update all partner publishers on the status of our project, ongoing work, and current issues impacting the future of research dissemination.
